Straight forward and easy to work with The whole process of from start to finish was was a great experience. Cade was a great guy to deal with and gave me a fare trade without any hassle. Benjamin made the selection of vehicle and paperwork a breeze. He actually found the color I wanted even though it wasn’t in the system.
Responsive Salesmanship Frank Hernandez was a great salesman a good listener, and knowledgeable. He left to go into a less demanding position and I cannot speak to the current salesforce. Ji The service waiting area badly needs expansion and modernization.
Service visit My total experience was excellent. It began the day before my appointment. I called the service department on multiple occasions with questions about my upcoming visit. Each time the representative greeted me a smile. Dan was honest with me about the necessary repairs plus I was given a ride home while my car repairs were being done.Every part of my experience was positive from beginning to end.
Great buying experience Buying a new vehicle is my most dreaded experience. All the games, the bait and switch tactic, and back and forth between the salesperson and the sales manager that so many dealers employ drives me nuts.
