Great I have been using rivard for many years and will continue to. The staff is courteous knowledgeable and easy to work with . Carlos and misty are the two I have worked with primarily but in their absence at times rivards team has been good . I would recommend this dealership to my best friend or a complete stranger ... meaning anyone who enjoys good service /customer service and a pleasant experience

New Truck purchase They make it very easy to purchase a vehicle. This is my 2nd GM Denali truck I have purchased from them. The service department is very good.
Great Experience As Usual This is the sixth (maybe seventh) vehicle that I’ve bought from Rivard. I continue to use them because of the experience working with Bob Habbeshaw. From my first vehicle, Bob has been completely transparent and worked to make the transaction as painless as possible. The last couple of vehicles were as simple finding one online, emailing Bob, and walking in to sign the papers- that were already prepared. My only regret is that one day Bob will retire and I’ll have to find a new go-to.

Since May 2013 HAPPY OWNER OF ENCLAVE I 2013 Buick Enclave from Rivard Buick I have been treated extremely well the warranty that came was terrific I am shocked to say that it is more than 5 years and I still own this car I've never owned a car longer than 4 years and I would absolutely buy a Buick Orr Chevrolet version of the same car I am taking the time to write this review because I have been treated so well and have enjoyed my car for 5 years and 3 months thank you John Landau Valrico Florida written on July of 2018
Hassle free, friendly, quick Mr Roberts was friendly, knowledgeable and took care of us through everything. Should have been a better price for the the 2018 xt5 but if was worth it. Car was clean.
Great experience George was phenomenal to work with. He went above and beyond to get us in our dream car. We went over financing and he was able to find me the right price and rate with a local credit union. I am excited to buy my next car from Rivard and George Richardson.
Awesome Experience The process was pressureless with Mr. Wingo as my salesman. He was extremely knowledgeable about the product and a very pleasant person to deal with. I will personally recommend him to anyone I know that is ready for a new vehicle. There was also a lady named Kimberly(?) that helped me put an app for my truck on my phone. She was very helpful and pleasant to deal with.
