Great Customer Service All the customer representatives in the service department have always been attentive and courteous. It has always been a pleasure to interact with Dan, Bob and Carlos over the past 8 years, and now Mike.
Service Was disappointed this time in the length of time it took to do an oil change and tire rotation. (1 hour and 25 minutes). Would understand if I drove in off the street but I had a scheduled appointment. When I said something to the service rep his response was "I don't know why it took so long" I would have appreciated an "I'm sorry it took so long" This should never happen. Company Transit Everything went well, except for the final day we were told “the deal had to be done that day, no exceptions” We were waiting for our commercial lender to finalize the deal as we had been approved for (2) vehicles, but Ricardo didn’t have the second vehicle that was listed. We gave our credit card to hold the vehicle until the bank finalized, unprofessional to demand a deal timeline when it was clear we were purchasing the vehicle!
please with all points of service I complete said survey following each scheduled service and found all personnel pleasant and attentive to my concern (s) . With most of my visit they have been time sensitive and they have not fail me yet ... Thank you for this opportunity
Oil change Went out of my way to bring it to James Rivard because Bob at the service center has always taken care of us in the past when we bring in my wife's Yukon. I called ahead of time and asked how long it would take for an oil change because I had an afternoon commitment.. The woman on the phone said 60-70 minutes. So I agreed to a 1:30 appointment to bring in my Silverado.
