Very accommodating The Service Techs are very friendly and easy to work with. They are always accokmkodwting when the need arises for me to bring one of my vehicles in for arrive. Even if it's an emergency visit.

Great Truck At first, I was a little disappointed that the truck I went over to purchase was sold unbeknownst to me and the salesman. However, after the initial shock, I chose another vehicle for the same quoted price. Overall, I was impressed with the laid-back atmosphere ( no sharks) of the dealership. Anthony was cordial and very apologetic that the original vehicle was not there.
Oil change During oil change found gas leak. Was fixed during the time frame I was given. During the process I was updated on the status of my car. Appreciated the professional service from james Rivard. Evelyn Paterson
Came to have my required service for the vehicle The attention that I received at Rivard was its usual exceptional service. I was greeted by the service technicians and the car was delivered to me when promised. What I am upset about is apparently, the technician who checked in the vehicle DID NOT change your system to say that I arrived for my service. Easy, fair, and honest I’ve been taking my Terrain to the Rivard service department for the last 3 years and Dan and Carlos have always treated me well, so Rivard got the first shot at my business when it came time to get a new GMC and Benjamin made the buying process very simple. I told him exactly what I wanted, he found the vehicle, and I got it at what I considered to be a very fair price. Rivard will continue to get my business.
