Exceeded my expectations as usual. I had a Saturday morning appointment and brought my car in to drop off Friday afternoon. My car was finished within a few hours of dropping off on Friday.
Good experience Dan in service Is always a pleasure to work with. Buicks warranty coverage is why we buy them. The dealership is a ways for us to come and now that the car is almost of warranty we will probably Get service work done here closer to home but any thing major we wil come see Dan. This 216 Lacrosse is the nicest car we have ever owned. Hope buick keeps up the good work and concentrates on improving safety ratings.
No complaints! Francisco was great! We were able to do most of the paperwork over the phone and that lead to only being at the dealership for an hour to sign the final paperwork. This has been by far the best experience we have ever had when buying a vehicle. We would recommend this dealership and specifically Francisco 100%

Great experience I’m not usually a fan of car dealerships but the salesman George Richardson was very honest and helped me get what I was looking for at an excellent price. I’m not an ways an easy customer so I applaud George for a job well done. There was also some additional help from another memeber of the sales team that showed me how to get the blue tooth and adjustable seat working the way I wanted.
The customer service is always outstanding. I have switched dealerships because the customer service is unmatched. I am always made to feel important and I willl always return for my vehicle needs.
Surprisingly easy 1st class guys and 1st approach to car sales....George even though new to the car sales game was thorough and knew his job....Cade Rivard (owners son) was on site and 1st to greet me at the door....and made sure the process was streamline and no hassle....again 1st class organization from top to bottom...and that's saying something in today's world
