Quickest service ever 3d car with Rivard, this was the quickest service time to date. Check in was fast, car moved off line before I could even get to the lounge. Great coffee make and free wifi. Sad the courtesy services dropped from 4 to 2 with this vehicle.
Oil change I arrived at 7:05 am for 7:00 am appointment for oil change. Took 90 minutes which surprised me because they weren’t busy.
Service Department The service department is always so helpful. I brag on this dealership frequently. Carlos was the representative this time but all of the service guys are great.
Very Pleased Fransisco was extremely patient and very on top of communication for the duration of the deal. This was the easiest vehicle trade up I've ever experienced. It didn't take 5 hrs at the dealership. Most communications thru technology. Would highly recommend!

Excellent Fast appointment, friendly and helpful service representatives and technicians! Phone representatives and service appointment scheduler was very nice. Everything was taken care of within a few hours and car was finished and picked up the same day!
Oil change, tire rotation,check drivers seat that moves. Mike who I spoke with was very knowledgeable and answered all questions. He checked when I said the driver seat moves when I stop the car. He is ordering the defective part and will call when it comes in.
