AC not working Great Service. Used a third party extended warranty and thought it would be a hassle . Not true Carlos Vargas was great, he had them on the phone and everything went very smooth . AC compressor was replaced and work was completed in about 4 hours. Very Happy Customer!
Dash went completely out Turn signals went out.Air conditioner was not working all functions on dashboard were not working.Called for appt,told me to bring car right up after all test it was a bad battery,it was replaced.all working great Staff is very good.
Oil change and tire rotation I easily made an appointment the previous day and was able to get the time I wished. I arrived and was promptly and courteously serviced and service was complete in less than an hour! !

AC inoperable AC repaired in less than 4 hours. Service rep and service manager were friendly and expeditious in resolving the problem. Highly recommend this service center.

2017 GMC Sierra Dealer services were performed to all expectations. Although I am a bit concerned at GM with the problems with the 8 speed transmission. It has been put in relearn 2 times and has not alleviated the problems with hard up shifts in 1st to second shift or the problem of when you stop at a stop sign or red light and the transmission remains in second gear. As soon as you release the brake it jumps into 1st gear and into traffic. This problem will have a bearing on the purchase of a 2019 Denali since I am afraid ... read more
Excellent One reason I keep bringing my Encore back is because of the excellent service and a sense of feeling like family. I could have went to my to any tire shop however I know the service I receive with my buck dealer and that is excellent all around. Thanks for going the extra mile.
