Great service- for customer and vehicle! Scheduled a visit and arrived. I was greeted promptly. Dan (who is amazing!) Remembered me And what was going on with my vehicle. I had to go to work in a few hours so they saw my car right away and let me know what was going online with my noisy brakes. Brake repair needed so they got me to work. 90K Service Always great service from Carlos and the Rivard Service Dept. 90K miles and still going strong. Appreciate Carlos taking time to explain what was done, why, and making sure it was done correctly. Have been a loyal customer since Jan 2013 and keep coming back because they do great work.
Nice guys! These folks were more than helpful and informative for my GMC HD truck service. Never had a diesel before and learned so much! I plan to bring it back all the time for regular service even though I live in St Pete!
