Courteous. Fast. Helpful. They were very courteous, fast in getting my ticket written up for service. I had additional questions about my warranty and he took the time to look up the information on my vehicle. Once my vehicle went in for service, I was out in about an hour.
Bad scenser I call with concerns of my passenger side blind spot scenser was not working. Called Troy, he got me right in. It was a little over an hour wait ( not bad ) and I wS on my way. Excellent all around service.
Buick Carlos is always very helpful and efficient; he never hesitates to answer my questions about my vehicle and makes sure to communicate throughout the service

Oil, tint and steering adjustment The Rivard team went above and beyond to make sure my needs were met. Every person I interacted with was helpful and courteous. When dropping off and picking my vehicle up, I was in and out in less than 10 minutes.
Exceptional services I went in for a routine oil change and I was met with a warm smile. Because I had recently bought my vehicle from rivard my first two oil changes are on the house. I was also impressed with the speed of the service. They were kind of busy but I was in and out within a hour.
