Warranty Service replacing Defective Battery. The service team at Rivard Buick GMC fixed my problem effectively, and very quickly. (My battery was diagnosed as being defective; covered by warranty; and immediately replaced.) Daniel English kept me informed at every stage; letting me know when my GMC Acadia arrived at the dealership (it was towed), and quickly let me know when the problem was completed.

Warrenty Car was complete next day. Was given a lot anger which was nice as I had to get to work. Was able to bring in late today n day as engine light came on

Overall good Took 6 hrs to fix ac and then not fixed. Had to take back next day but had loaner car. Rapport seems good w personally. Parts and labor very high but gave 10% discount after talked about it
Excellent Saled team I really had a very good experience. There were never a time i felt pressured to buy a car. Our sales person Curtis was very knowledgeable of the inventory and was very helpful in finding a car that best met my needs and budget. I never felt i was beung taking advantage of.
