A good experience Good response. David and George answered all of my questions. If they didn’t know the answer they asked someone. That was great. There was no fluff and they didn’t make up answers or excuses. They didn’t have as much experience with the onboard computer and Navigation so they had Steven assist, who was very knowledgeable. Great service on pre-owned car I had a great experience with the way I was treated. Phil Roberts sold us my 2017 GMC Acadia SLT is a very kind and down to earth gentleman and is very helpful with whatever you need assistance with. I needed to get my driver’s side rear tire replaced this past week due to a piece of metal stuck in the tire side wall. Mike took very good care of us.
Quick,polite and courteous. Upon arriving at the service center I was quickly ask was there anything they could do for me. This made me feel very welcomed. Once I informed them what I needed assistance with it was quickly and professionally taken care of. The service I received makes it easy to be a return customer.
2017 GMC Sierra had issues with transmission hard shifts 1&2 up and 1&2 down shifts, had popping in front end while turning slow. The technician performed updates on the transmission and retorqued bolts on front end, after test drive home the transmission shifted normal again and no popping in the front end. Thank you and the great job by the service technician.
It is great doing business with Rivard. We have been Rivard customers for years and years and always recommend them to friends. This week my husband brought my GMC Terrain in due to Air Conditioning issues. I thought for sure, it would need Freon, or perhaps an entirely new A/C system.. Dan English called me in the afternoon to report that there was absolutely nothing wrong at all with my air conditioner. Great no pressure experience This was the second time buying a new truck from Rivard. This was even easier than the first time. They have the best selection of truck in the area. I drove an hour to get there.
