Fast and good Overall was a good experience until I saw that the receipt said they checked the tires and added some but did not reflect that on the vehicle.
Routine maintenance Came in for routine maintenance. While rotating the tires, they found nails in two tires. Thankfully they were able to repair tires and didn't have to buy new ones and their service prevented me from having a blow out on the highway somewhere.
Great service Took Buick in for checkup getting apptmnt was easy. Check-in quick and all I asked to check was done. Service reps all knowledgeable pleasant to work with. Will go back.

Overall easy and efficient I saw a truck on their website that I liked, we talked over email and started negotiations. Upon arrival in person they greeted me, and worked with me on a fair deal for a good truck. Cannot complain. Steven was a non pushy, educated salesman.
Great Customer Service! I dealt with Dan, Mike and Troy all of which were extremely professional and helpful! After purchasing 4 new tires and getting them aligned there was an issue that was resolved immediately! Would highly recommend Rivard to everyone!
