Easy process and good service with buying I financed a used vehicle from them and they got a few different banks willing to finance me with no questions asked. I had trouble getting a auto loan thru my bank and another dued to lack of proof of income but there was no hassle here. My saleman, Jose Wingo was very nice and down to earth, not at all your typical salesman. Great service! Great service from your staff! I called the service department in the morning because my check engine light was on and they were able to work me in the same day. Your counter guy, Mike Belliveau, even helped me navigate the extended warranty to make sure I was covered. He went the extra mile to verify coverage by calling the respective companies and dealerships. I will be back for future maintenance and service on all of my GMC products.
Fast, friendly, efficient service Each visit to the service department has been a satisfying experience. Quality service is always performed, and the service managers are a pleasure to work with.
2 Year Scheduled Maintenance I arrived 9:07 AM, and was greeted by a service person before I exited the vehicle. He collected the vehicle information and proceeded to prep my SUV for maintenance. I waited for my vehicle in the waiting room. It was clean well stocked with water, coffee and snacks. The wait time was a little over an hour and they notified me promptly when it was completed. the service person was very courteous and knowledgeable as too my questions. Five Star Service!!!!!
Battery Check The dealership service center was top notch. They were fast, courteous, and well organized. They diagnosed the problem quickly and provided the necessary repairs. They are amazing!!!
Outstanding Customer Service Customer service is awesome.... helpful in moving my work belongings from my vehicle to my loaner vehicle...Very grateful to have a loaner vehicle... I am sure if I have future concerns they will help me....
Quickest service ever 3d car with Rivard, this was the quickest service time to date. Check in was fast, car moved off line before I could even get to the lounge. Great coffee make and free wifi. Sad the courtesy services dropped from 4 to 2 with this vehicle.
Oil change I arrived at 7:05 am for 7:00 am appointment for oil change. Took 90 minutes which surprised me because they weren’t busy.
Service Department The service department is always so helpful. I brag on this dealership frequently. Carlos was the representative this time but all of the service guys are great.
