Pleasant and efficient Everything went well. The problem was corrected. The car is working again with no noise The only thing is it would have been nice if they cleaned the car before they gave it back to me

Great car buying experience I normally fear the process of buying a new vehicle. The searching for just the right vehicle, then speaking with the sales person after you find what your looking for. I don’t like to feel pressured, pursued or as if maybe I didn’t get the best deal. Well my experience at GMC was none of that. Great service I have two Chevy vehicles. I do not take my car to Ferman Chevrolet because they have horrible customer service. Always outstanding Service I have been a customer at Rivard since 2014. Bought my car there and have had all service completed there. Dan English is my service rep and he always goes above and beyond to listen and address each of my concerns. He is professional, thorough and always pleasant . oil change and check tires Excellent experience. Service writer, Dan, helped me and he was cordial and professional. The waiting area was tidy, comfortable, had a recharge station available to use for free for phones, etc, had stocked vending machines and clean restrooms. My car was returned to me in a timely manner, again with Dan's helpful, caring attitude. My observations were that this is a well-maintained facility with top notch people running the whole sha-bang.
