Buying a New car Shopped on line for about a month across all suv's. Checked kbb and nada for trade in value. Selected two brands to visit. Met Steven at the door and found people answer questions and listen to what want Pricing and car we're what we wanted. Drove away in our new car.
Friendly Salesman Pleasure To Deal With I leased a 2017 Buick Lacrosse from Phil Roberts. I found him to be very friendly and helpful. I had forget to bring both sets of keys and Phil come by my home on his way home and picked them up. There was no high pressure and the lease was done without any trouble. Rather simple 1st inspection on new Chev tall top conversio We believe the service people conducted the inspection as expected and took care of any problems that existed the made suggestions about rotation, etc., We were completely satisfied.

Excellent service I always receive excellent service at Rivard. I feel the service men are honest with me. It is difficult for me to understand what is wrong with my car and they always explain it to me with out making me feel ignorant. I also think they give me honest feed back when my car needs additional repairs or maintenance. Would not go any where else.

Great Experience! Super painless!! Called on the phone. Talked to a great salesman and put a deal together in about 20 minutes. Drove up and spent less than an hour at the dealership. Couldn't have gone smoother!
Happy Experience! Took vehicle in for service and had no issues. Got me in and out. They replaced a motor dealing with the windshield fluid. Also recommended a new filter for the A.C. in which I did to keep up with the warranty. The Service Adviser Dan English was very friendly and very professional.
