Helped me during an emergency. My lease Chevy Equinox with 1700 miles and towing a trailer from Florida to Michigan blew seals in the transmission module. I was able to trade it in and was back on the road with a new truck the same day. Best dealership I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Thanks to Cabe,the general manager and sales representative Ben.
Great crew They always treat me fairly. I have had two tire repairs in the past month and they have been able to service me without notice and even had to replace the tire this time while I waited.
Good service Dan and the service managers are great to work with. Dan was out back when I realized the cab air filter possibly needed changed the other service manager promptly took care of it.
Great fast servixe Brought our suv to Rivard for the first time and the service was fantastic. They said it would take approximately an hour and it took 50 minutes. I’d go back again.
Rivard visit review Rivard service department is outstanding in my view. I've been going there for a number of years and it seems like every visit there is better than the last visit. That comment applies to the entire company. I would definitely recommend them.
Great buying experience. I drove from Columbus, GA to purchase a 2017 GMC Sierra. Ben Pugliesi worked well with my local lender so everything was in place for me to inspect my new truck. Ben had it washed, filled up and ready to go. After finishing the paperwork Ben showed me some of the amenities of the vehicle so that I could drive home comfortably. No surprises and Ben handled everything. Ben is a real professional.
