Great and Quick experience Buying my new Buick from Richard was actually a pleasure. I went to numerous other dealerships test driving cars before going to Ricardo and it was nice to not feel pressured into buying a vehicle. My consultant (Curtis) was very nice and personable, as well as understanding of what I wanted and needed. I was allowed to test drive without a representative over my shoulder, and total time to purchase was under an hour. I will definitely be returning.

Great experience I received fast and very friendly service. There should not be a minimum for this the service provided was great. The people were friendly. And they advised me of the vehicle diagnosis right away.
