Excellent service as always! Curtious, thorough, and prompt as always. I can't say enough good things about this service department. If you need fast, and fair service weather it is routine maintance or a specific problem that needs to address, I whold highly reccomend you check out Rivard.
dead battery Excellent service....Bob Skaggs rescued me. Had a dead battery. He brought battery jumperbox to get I going so I could get to the deadealership and have new battery installed.
Very good customer service Service staff is always friendly and helpful. Dan English is always courteous. We had our oil change, tires rotated and 26 point inspection. Everything went well.
Relatively painless So I knew what I was after cause I saw the vehicle online. The salesman was very helpful, but not pushy. I felt like I got a decent deal. This is not how I usually feel when I leave a car dealership.

outstanding service 100,000 mile service on my 2007 GMC 1500 4x4 crew cab. As alway, everything was done with professionalism. Bob brought me back to the service area where he and the mechanic pointed out what additional repair were needed. It is nice to know that they are looking out for my safety. It's always nice to see the same friendly people every time I drive in the service area for regular maintenance.
