First Service for my 2017 GMC Terrain I waited in the customer lounge for my Terrain to be finished. It was doe in a timely maner and I was very pleased with all of the service staff.

Oil change and Point inspection I arrived about 10 minutes late and someone met me in the parking lot before I exited my vehicle. The service person was prompt and courteous. Service was quick and precise, I had expected to be there for a while because of my tardiness. I was very satisfied with the whole process. Don't remember the names of the individuals who I dealt with but I give them a thumbs up for their work.
Had normal oil and filter change and rotation of tires. I have never had a bad experience at the dealership. I have recommended this dealership numerous times whether it be sales or service. Thank you so much.
Long wait but ok Dashboard monitor erratic. Sometimes didn't come on until it was driven 1/2 mile or more. Backup camera sucks at night. They rebooted. Works?

No haggles Pleasant experience purchasing my 2018 Canyon SLT...I was referred to Rivard Buick-GMC through Costco, never had to haggle the price, my sales rep Phil Roberts was very professional, friendly and honest. He did a thorough job explaining every detail regarding the sale and options, answered all my questions, never felt pressured. I no longer own this vehicle dealt with tom Farnsworth he was helpful as always in picking out the vehicle I purchased he was not pushy and had a positive answer for every question. this is the third vehicle i have bought from him and definately will be back.
