Rivard takes on GM I have a 2014 Buick Verano. The first two years of driving and service from Rivard was outstanding. However, coming up near the end of the warranty a defect in the paint job was found. The Rivard team worked with me and GM to correct that defect while still under warranty. They did another outstanding job on fixing the problem and dealing with GM to ensure no cost ($1900) to me. I love my Verano and when I get a new car, it will come from Rivard.
2017 GMC Sierra Denali Very professional and timely visit however my transmission problem continues to persist after 2 visits to service center. Very frustrating to continue to have transmission problems after purchasing an expensive truck.
