Tire replacement Scheduling of the appointment, checking car in for service and pick car up was easy. All the stall was friendly and courteous and the repair was done in a timely fashion.

Tires Went to Rivard Buick to get a quote on tires. The service tech, Carlos was very helpful on what tires to purchase, set up the appointment. Very pleased with Rivard
First oil change I was a little late for my appointment. It took a lioober an hour from arrival to departure for oil change, tire rotation, and inspection. The only negative was the oil or grease swipe that was left on the driver’s door handle.
disappointed Waited 2 1/2 hrs for grease job and oil change. Not enough people working. Seemed to be back up. Waiting area full. Not pleased
