It was very easy to work with Kay. There was no pressure. The whole process was very comfortable and there was no pressure. My sales person Kay was easy to talk to and she went over every step in detail. I would recommend the delta ship to anyone looking to buy a car!!!
Just DANdy! Dan was great, we had a difficult time finding what the problem was and he was great at keeping me informed of their progress, and Dan exceeded my expectations with the level of service that I received. Original problem on my 2018 GMC Terrain SLE, was making it impossible to drive, but Dan got me up a running again, Thanks Dan!
Thorough service I had four different repairs done to my vehicle while I waited and they had them all done in 90 minutes, just as they predicted. Comfortable waiting room as well.
Wonderful group of professionals After driving into the service area I was greeted by Mike the service writer who explained I should make an appointment to have my A/C looked at. My appointment was Friday, early AM. I was offered a courtesy vehicle. The problem was fixed. I picked my vehicle up the next day I the morning as suggested. I couldn’t be happier!

Shift lever to transmission broken Service was excellent. The problem of the shift lever was identified and repaired. We have always been treated courteously and professionally from the staff we’ve worked with.
New car purchase Ben was awesome!! By far the easiest and most pleasant car buying experience we have ever had. Ben was able to get exactly the car we wanted from another dealership in Georgia - no hassle, no fuss, no surprises- just all over it and a very satisfied customer!!
Always a pleasure. The service advisors are always friendly and courteous. I've had my truck in for service there 4 times, and all have been a great experience. My only complaint, or advice, would be that the dealership does not run vehicles through the wash after being serviced. The Kia and Acura both did that customarily upon every service visit. And it was a nice treat. Other than that, a great experience.
