Oil change Went out of my way to bring it to James Rivard because Bob at the service center has always taken care of us in the past when we bring in my wife's Yukon. I called ahead of time and asked how long it would take for an oil change because I had an afternoon commitment.. The woman on the phone said 60-70 minutes. So I agreed to a 1:30 appointment to bring in my Silverado. Awesome They treat you like family.. ultra clean, everybody really nice.. waiting lounge clean and inviting.. service was awesome.. they didn't try to sell me service I didn't need.. I recommend them highly..

1st service on 2018 Sierra Service was great! Vehicle completed much quicker than promised. I dropped the vehicle off and received a call from Mike in about an hour that it was ready.
