Friendly Service Staff I always love the service staff. They are friendly and knowlegeable. I loved that there was a woman on staff. Austyn was great! She was friendly and knowledgeable.
Soso could be better Wasn’t very impressed with the service rep. Other dealerships that I have patronized generally when they serviced a vehicle they washed it afterwords before returning it to me. I waited with my vehicle and told the rep what was to be done. Said it would get done. Do I went to waiting area then he come and had me sign papers which could have been done when I was standing there waiting.
Very Impressed I was very impressed by service and professionalism!! Dan was very helpful and proactive in making sure my vehicle was serviced appropriately, making an appointment was easy and convenient... I would definitely recommend family and friends
I had a great experience with salesman Jeremy Stroot. Jeremy made the process as easy as possible. I was given a fair trade value on my 2016 Sierra and a good price on my new 2018 Sierra. I will definitely recommend Jeremy and Richard to friends!

Rivard GMC Tampa Mr. Wingo, the sales rep was pleasant and quite accomodating. He did all he said he would and the dealer portion of the transaction was smooth. Our bank did not provide the documents as they said they would, we were provided with loaner transportation and were treated with utmost respect and pairence. Hands down i would definitely purchase from them agsin!

Superior service provided by a friendly and caring staff Dan English and the whole staff are great to deal with. They always go out of their way to any work needed on your vehicle is done properly and on time. Also, the nice lady who answers the phone is amazing, she almost seems to know what I need before I even describe my problem. The Rivard service team is top notch!
