Transferred service from 8x8 which we implemented in 2008. UGS salesperson was new but transparent. Reached out for support when needed to ensure my questions were answered accurately. 12 phone numbers were successfully transferred. We opted for new equipment, and it was helpful that UGS offered a variety of models, including wireless handsets. The phones were easy to configure onto our networks. After getting off to a rocky ****** UGS stepped up and delivered on every item requested. We are very happy with the service and had several requests during the first few days, which were handled expeditiously. Customer service is extraordinary!!
I have had nothing but positive experiences with unified global solutions. We had a power outage in our area and they set up and emergency forward for us in minutes. I have never had to wait on hold for a long time. Every experience has been very pleasant.

Very forthcoming straight forward company. They explained everything in detail and there are no hidden fees or misc. charges on our bill like our previous provider. The phones work great, have tons of features, everyone is super helpful, and our monthly cost is a fraction of what it used to be. I can't thank UGS enough for their amazing service!
