We had an antiquated phone system. Unified Global came in and updated our system, installed new phones and had us up and running. If we had questions, they answered them within a short time and tweaked our system to how we wanted it. We also had a training session which was extremely helpful and the portal is easy to use. Definitely happy.
A friend of mine referred me to UGS about 9 months back telling me how much he liked their phones. Set up a consultation, got 6 new phones 2.5 weeks later and didn't spend a dime. Honestly didn't even realize how much I'd been paying ******** until the sales rep showed me but my bill is $133 less than before and I've never had any issues. Can't speak to the internet service but definitely happy with the phones

I was skeptical at first because the salesman said that I was paying too much with Comcast for my phone service. He promised me that the transition would be smooth and that they would be available 24/7. I had the technician install 6 phones and that went well. The phone sounded like it was under water I called my salesperson and he had support fix the issue with me on the phone. I loved the quick response. I have had service with Unified Global Solutions for a little over four months now and couldn't be happier! I had some issues with my internet (through AT&T) and many issues with my old VOIP provider lingo. UGS literally saved me a ton of money, but that's not why I'm writing this review. I have been an UGS customer for just over 17 months. Never left a BBB review but I looked up Unified and felt like I had to say something. We have only had 2 issues this whole time. Both of the times when our internet went out and the calls forwarded automatically (didn't miss a beat). We serve a very particular client base and cannot afford to not talk to our clients. Our company has been in business for 20 years and switched to VOIP over a year ago. This is not something I wanted to do nor was I familiar with. What a significant change for our company. The service has been nothing short of phenomenal. I was hesitant at first but I will be with unified global solutions as long as I am in business.
