This company is awesome. As a Texas Business Owner, I have been waiting for a local company that was big (but not to big) to come in and take care of small to medium size local businesses. We had suuuuuch a terrible time with our previous Voip Provider. Features didn't work, bills fluctuated, phones broke and it was always our fault (according to the company). I have had a really good experience with these boys. They are a local Texas company & me personally, I like keeping business with people I have a relationship with. I didn't have any problems when we met, but I did need some help getting a phone system that put more advanced functionality to use. Off of some of the features, I have been able to support my customers better. As long as I am willing to press answer (via my cell, mobile app, desktop phone and smart phone), I can make sure I never miss another customer call again... read more
