I had a lot of questions for my project manager. Honestly, I thought this was going to be a sham. I've had a lot of other companies say they were going to do similar things, but once the order was signed, all of the helpfulness and promises turned into a really negative experience. I wasn't an easy customer to deal with, but the folks I interacted with there seemed to be understanding and made the switch as painless as possible (it's still a change!). Thanks!

As a business owner for over 30 years, I have dealt with many of phone and internet companies that promise you a great rate but then increase it tremendously yearly or so. This company guarantees a price and it never changes. I am going on my second 5 year term with them and if I'm around, I'll sign for another! They brought my system up to date when I signed on originally and upgraded it recently when I signed again!
