Great service I have two Chevy vehicles. I do not take my car to Ferman Chevrolet because they have horrible customer service. I found service advisor Bob at Rivard amazing customer service car is done within a one-day turnaround. Always outstanding Service I have been a customer at Rivard since 2014. Bought my car there and have had all service completed there. Dan English is my service rep and he always goes above and beyond to listen and address each of my concerns. He is professional, thorough and always pleasant . oil change and check tires Excellent experience. Service writer, Dan, helped me and he was cordial and professional. The waiting area was tidy, comfortable, had a recharge station available to use for free for phones, etc, had stocked vending machines and clean restrooms. My car was returned to me in a timely manner, again with Dan's helpful, caring attitude. My observations were that this is a well-maintained facility with top notch people running the whole sha-bang.
Great and Quick experience Buying my new Buick from Richard was actually a pleasure. I went to numerous other dealerships test driving cars before going to Ricardo and it was nice to not feel pressured into buying a vehicle. My consultant (Curtis) was very nice and personable, as well as understanding of what I wanted and needed. I was allowed to test drive without a representative over my shoulder, and total time to purchase was under an hour. I will definitely be returning.
