Well done. Everything was handled professionally and in a reasonable time frame. Wi fi was available with coffee selections. Only thing that prevented a full 5 star is the waiting room is too small

New lease I leased my previous Buick from Rivard. I inquired with other dealers and was quoted prices that were ridiculous. I called Rivard and told them what I needed and since I could not travel to the dealership, my car was delivered to me and my old lease picked up Great customer service.
Great Service on a Last Minute Call After waiting for my jobs parking services to come and give me a jump, I raced down I-75 in 5 o'clock traffic to make it to the dealership before they closed. I had called and advised them that my battery was dead and I desperately needed a replacement, as I would need another jump if I turned the car off.
