Good customer service My transmission had gone out and needed total new transmission. Because of the age of my car I decided not to repair the vehicle but they had given me a loaner until I decided what to do. While I did not buy another vehicle from them, they are a good honest dealership. They allowed me to leave my vehicle with them until I decided. I would recommend their service and sales. We dealt with Phil Roberts in sales. He was very helpful
Service Rivard met my expectations in all areas. I was treated respectfully and courtesly. My only complaint is the waiting area needs to be updated. Vending machines are old school.
Great people We went into trade a vehicle and nate and fransisco were awesome every step of the way in helping us! They made purchasing the car easy with no pressure! I would buy a car from them again and i sent my cousin to them as well and he was in and out. He drove down from tennesse. He said they were also fast and friendly with him! Great experience! This is my second time dealing with this dealership and Ben Pugliesi. More than satisfied. Everyone there is pleasant and professional.
