Satisfied with services I was satisfied with the services as well as the staff. The serviceman did a thorough job on my 3500 HD. The staff did a great job informing me on what all was done as well as any defects were found during services.

Fast and good Overall was a good experience until I saw that the receipt said they checked the tires and added some but did not reflect that on the vehicle.
Routine maintenance Came in for routine maintenance. While rotating the tires, they found nails in two tires. Thankfully they were able to repair tires and didn't have to buy new ones and their service prevented me from having a blow out on the highway somewhere.
Great service Took Buick in for checkup getting apptmnt was easy. Check-in quick and all I asked to check was done. Service reps all knowledgeable pleasant to work with. Will go back.
Great Service AGAIN Rivard Service has always been great. Timely and professional! I could not be happier with the service will always buy and service my trucks from Rivard!
Overall easy and efficient I saw a truck on their website that I liked, we talked over email and started negotiations. Upon arrival in person they greeted me, and worked with me on a fair deal for a good truck. Cannot complain. Steven was a non pushy, educated salesman.
