Satisfied Customer I was happy that I was able to be seen and taken care of on the same day . It turned out that the tires that came with the new vehicle that I purchased were defective. The tires were changed at no cost. I am glad that I was not given the run around.

dead battery Excellent service....Bob Skaggs rescued me. Had a dead battery. He brought battery jumperbox to get I going so I could get to the deadealership and have new battery installed.
Very good customer service Service staff is always friendly and helpful. Dan English is always courteous. We had our oil change, tires rotated and 26 point inspection. Everything went well.
Relatively painless So I knew what I was after cause I saw the vehicle online. The salesman was very helpful, but not pushy. I felt like I got a decent deal. This is not how I usually feel when I leave a car dealership.

outstanding service 100,000 mile service on my 2007 GMC 1500 4x4 crew cab. As alway, everything was done with professionalism. Bob brought me back to the service area where he and the mechanic pointed out what additional repair were needed. It is nice to know that they are looking out for my safety. It's always nice to see the same friendly people every time I drive in the service area for regular maintenance.
