My experience at Rivard Buick GMC I have no complaints about your dealership. My Terrain is the fourth car that I have purchased there. I have always been treated extremely well. I appreciate the fact that when I arrive I am met by someone from the service department and almost always they know my name and what automobile I drive. Treat me with respect and never try to sell me something I don't want or need.

The best place to buy a vehicle period! This place is so awesome. I consider my salesman Ben Puglesi an friend not a salesman because everything is laid out with no games. Regular service visit Was able to set up service appointment from onstar reminder, service called to setup appointment for me, quick and easy, brought it in the next morning and was in and out with no problem.
service Was able to drop off my vehicle at 7 am and was called around 10 that my vehicle was ready for to be pick-up.
Best car buying experience ever! No pressure sales is greatly appreciated and the great deal brought me back to make the purchase! And best part is I was out the door in less than 2-1/2 hours. Quick, efficient and courteous will have me coming back again!
Service guys are simply the best Dan and Bob are in early. They are always helpful and friendly. In a world where customer service is so poor that many choose to shop online, these guys (and the other service team members) are top shelf.
