Great service Bob was a very polite service tech. Since the job was going to take longer than anticipated, he offered me a loaner so I didn't have to wait for the repair.
New Car Purchase Excellent experience purchasing a new car. This is the 3rd vehicle I have purchased from Rivard. Everyone at this dealership is very knowledgeable and courteous. In addition, Rivard has an excellent service department.
Best car buying experience ever!! Me and my girl friend were in a search for her first newer car. After a horrible time at a dealership in Sarasota we called Rivard and spoke with Ben about a '14 VW TDI Passat they had on Autotrader. He was polite and said they still had it so we headed to see it. When we arrived he had already pulled the car out for us and put a tag on it.
