Purchase new vehicle from second generation salesman We purchased our first vehicle from Rivard in 2016 (Buick Regal) and were browsing for a second vehicle as well. The senior (Elton) Powell sold us our Regal and he spoke a little about the SUV's and Trucks that Rivard offered. After the senior Powell retired he had his son (Benjamin Powell) contact us for any needs we may have in the future. Oil change in and out without a hitch Everything was perfect. I dropped my keys in the early box and they called me saying all the service on my vehicle had been done.
Very professional and organized. I was met quickly when I drove up and there seemed to be enough employees to take care of all customers in a quick and professional manner
New tire Came in because my tire had a nail and had to replace it with a new one. Did a wonderful job in a timely manner.
