Great service experience. Scheduling my service was a breeze and my check-in was quick. My wait time has always been reasonable and the customer waiting area is comfortable. I've been happy with the service I've received to maintain my GMC Terrain with Rivard GMC for the last three years. In this day and age good mechanical service is sometimes hard to find... I've found it at RIVARD GMC. KUDOS for a job well done.
Got me in fast and fixed the problem wuickly A great place to take my car. Fast, friendly and always helpful. Went to another place and they allowed me to drive off with a bald tire. Here my concerns were respected and resolved with a product I could afford. They always remember who I am even when I have not seen the same advisor... I highly recommend this dealership!!!

Radio reprogram Great fast customer service have taken my truck there twice now and both times I was taken care of promptly and the issue was fixed within a very reasonable time thank you I will definitely be back.
Scheduled maintenance Oil change, tire rotation, and great coffee. Very easy scheduling service and my service rep.got me in and out. He noticed a leak on the battery and they replaced it, no charge.
It was great, Until... First, I should say. I found it more relaxing to just sit in the waiting room, instead of jumping back into the morning traffic. Who ever programmed the TV, thank you! Great job. Had some warranty work and oil change on one car. Then dropped my other car, to have some work done. So, received a phone call, survey and I am sure I’ll be asked to do some more.
