Excellent Great service and the gentleman that help me was very helpful his name was Carlos . I had a appointment at 10:00 and I was finish with oil changed tires Balanced and rotated by 11:15. The only thing I wish they had a place to wash you car we are from Minnesota which this is always done for us.
Wish I would have stopped looking after our visit to Rivard. I was skeptical of their "no haggle pricing". Even thought the used car I was looking at must have had some issues because of the price. Went back after two weekends of visiting a dozen other dealerships and bought the original Tacoma we were looking at. The salesmen were friendly not only to us but TO EACH OTHER.
