Rivard Buick quickly handled my oil change, service and tire repair. Thank you Rivard Buick/GMC Service Team!!!! The service writer used his tablet to locate the vehicle info. and transfer it to the service team. When complete the vehicle was parked outside the waiting room door.
First rate care of our vehicle and us! A routine oil change and tire rotation required some extra work to complete. We were given a courtesy vehicle to use so we would not be inconvenienced with a longer-than-usual wait. First rate service.

GMC duality Service has been very good but GMC needs to get better Navigation systems I have never seen a system so bad bob and Dan are very helpfull and try to get me in and out quickly
Great service The gentleman that first help me as I arrived should probably not work in a customer service environment, for the life of me I can’t remember his name, he seemed far more interested in his phone and almost annoyed at the fact that I would bring my car in for service. Once Bob and Carlos came to help the experience was much better, they diagnosed and fixed my car in less than day.
Outstanding The place to go for sales and service.. Prompt scheduling of service...comfortable customer waiting lounge...free coffee...knowledgeable technicians go over all maintenance related issues with you pertaining to your vehicle.. I am a customer for life.
