Excellent service I always receive excellent service at Rivard. I feel the service men are honest with me. It is difficult for me to understand what is wrong with my car and they always explain it to me with out making me feel ignorant. I also think they give me honest feed back when my car needs additional repairs or maintenance. Would not go any where else.

Great Experience! Super painless!! Called on the phone. Talked to a great salesman and put a deal together in about 20 minutes. Drove up and spent less than an hour at the dealership. Couldn't have gone smoother!
Happy Experience! Took vehicle in for service and had no issues. Got me in and out. They replaced a motor dealing with the windshield fluid. Also recommended a new filter for the A.C. in which I did to keep up with the warranty. The Service Adviser Dan English was very friendly and very professional.
First Service for my 2017 GMC Terrain I waited in the customer lounge for my Terrain to be finished. It was doe in a timely maner and I was very pleased with all of the service staff.

Oil change and Point inspection I arrived about 10 minutes late and someone met me in the parking lot before I exited my vehicle. The service person was prompt and courteous. Service was quick and precise, I had expected to be there for a while because of my tardiness. I was very satisfied with the whole process. Don't remember the names of the individuals who I dealt with but I give them a thumbs up for their work.
Had normal oil and filter change and rotation of tires. I have never had a bad experience at the dealership. I have recommended this dealership numerous times whether it be sales or service. Thank you so much.
Long wait but ok Dashboard monitor erratic. Sometimes didn't come on until it was driven 1/2 mile or more. Backup camera sucks at night. They rebooted. Works?
