simply hazzle free and to the point with no pressure!! let me start by saying this was my second purchase from this dealer. I choose them because ethically speaking they are ahead, the only flaw was the 3 month bumper to bumper that miracously became a 50 50.but sales person made up for it by providing a second key with the soft alarm key pad.no haggle at this dealership means no pressure and no one will ruin your test drive

Excellent Service! I had my '15 Yukon XL Denali in for a routein oil change, tire balance and rotation. The previous time it was serviced by another dealership because I thought it was more convenient. For 5k I rolled with a slight vibration at highway speeds causing me to to think something was wrong. Well there was something wrong. It turns out that the other dealership is horrible at balancing wheels. After service at Rivard, my vehicle rides like new. Sorted vehicles down to a few that met needs. Jose Wingo was able to select a group of vehicles that met my criteria, we looked at the short lis selected one to test drive then settled on the price. I was not bounced around and did not have to deal with the sales manager and finance manager and the other cast of support staff in a typical dealership, Jose did it all.

Service The Service Department is exceptional and very friendly (compared with some we have been to). Nice to be recognized each time you walk in. Our car needed some repair (AC) and we had to take a rental. Beings we don't drive very much the man from service said he would deliver our car to us and pick up the rental. Even as busy as he was I just wonder if any other garage would do that. This was on his own time, by the way, after he worked all day!! Thank you, Dan.

Excellent Service Outstanding service. I am completely satisfied with the work completed on our 2016 GMC Terrain. Came in for 15K service and a vibration in front end when braking. Issue was found and repaired.
