Rivard dealer very professional I had a few recalls and scheduled an appointment. A little later in the day I got a called from a nice young lady and said not all the parts were in and did I want to schedule and have all done at once. I did. Dan was very professional as well and made sure I was informed of a few issues they found while working on my truck. Quality place.
Driver seat repair I’m very pleased with the service I received from service department while getting my wife driver seat repaired. I stopped by to have parts ordered, when they arrived I received a call to schedule appointment for repair and repair completed timely.

First Oil service on 2017 GMC Sierra Carlos in service was courteous. Even though there are GMC locations closer to my home and work I still take the time to drive to Rivard.

Have been dealing with Rivard since 1996. Best people ever. All of these gentlemen have the patience of Job with this senior citizen, for which I am very grateful. They take time to explain things and go over all items.
Personal touch Service guys are awesome. Easily made an appointment to have my truck worked on, and Bob in the Service Department was knowledgeable about what I needed done. All the guys do the little things like open doors for people and greet you when you walk in. Building is very clean and organized. Whole experience was professional, I will be back.
