Great experience George was phenomenal to work with. He went above and beyond to get us in our dream car. We went over financing and he was able to find me the right price and rate with a local credit union. I am excited to buy my next car from Rivard and George Richardson.
Awesome Experience The process was pressureless with Mr. Wingo as my salesman. He was extremely knowledgeable about the product and a very pleasant person to deal with. I will personally recommend him to anyone I know that is ready for a new vehicle. There was also a lady named Kimberly(?) that helped me put an app for my truck on my phone. She was very helpful and pleasant to deal with.
GMC SIERRA 2018 Great dealer and sales rep experience. Just one major thing we were not happy with. We received credit alerts after the fact regarding that our credit was ran twice; once by the dealer and once by GM financial. We were never informed 2 inquires were going to be made. 1st time we have ever experienced this or heard of this and its not accaeptable. We now have 2 inquires on file with the credit bureau for 1 purchase.

Nice Experience I contacted Rivard online and talked to Curtis. He explained the sales process, and their no haggle policy. This played a big part of making our decision to buy, as this put us at ease on what we would pay for the vehicle.
