Quick and Professional Service Visit I brought my car in for routine service. The Service Department went over all items I requested and suggested changing the air filter, which I had forgotten about. They also gave me an expectation about what would needed to be taken care of on my next visit. I was in and out in a very reasonable time. I would highly recommend James Rivard to anyone looking for service or to buy a new vehicle.

Awesome! I’ve been using this dealership for nearly 30 years. I’ve lost track of the number of cars I’ve pirchased and how many times I’ve visited the service department. They are always professional and courteous and get issues resolved quickly. Troy and his service team are the best!
Accommodating for a day-of oil change I called and was able to get a day-of appointment for my oil change and tire rotation. They are usually quite busy, so I was hopeful. And was able to repair a nail hole in one of the tires. The waiting lounge is comfortable.
Oil change and scheduled maintenance check Was scheduled to see a Bob Scaggs but he was reassigned to another location. The person that stepped up to replace him was on point. She quickly processed my work order without missing a beat. She was very polite and knowledgeable as to what work was to be performed and addressing a concern I had.
