Engine problems The Buick dealership was very helpful with fixing my auto. They explained everything to me as they were repairing my car and very curtious and helpful in getting a rental.
Amazing service department First of all, full disclosure, I didn’t buy my GMC Yukon XL at the Rivard dealership. But, it’s much closer than where I purchased, so I always take it here for service. Carlos is my service advisor and he takes amazing care of me. I always bring a kid (or two or three) with me, and the whole service staff welcomes us and makes sure we are comfortable and on our way as quickly as possible. Probably the best car dealers I've seen When it comes to car dealerships, I was not a huge fan of any of them. But I really feel different when I made deals with Rivard Buick GMC, especially with Jeremy Stroot. The experience at this car dealerships is the best and straight-up clear with everything.
