Surprisingly easy 1st class guys and 1st approach to car sales....George even though new to the car sales game was thorough and knew his job....Cade Rivard (owners son) was on site and 1st to greet me at the door....and made sure the process was streamline and no hassle....again 1st class organization from top to bottom...and that's saying something in today's world
Great experience We had a great time was made very easy by Anthony Edwards. He answered all questions with ease . This was my daughter's first time buying a vehicle. Anthony made this a very enjoyable fun time for her. He was very nice offered us water walked around showing us many different options for vehicles in the price range we wanted to stay in. We had three small children with us Anthony was very friendly and understanding of the kids and their needs . He explained every aspect of the buy process to us .

Best buying experience! This was my second purchase from Rivard. Jose helped me out. I was able to deal directly with him the entire time, rather than being visited by 3-4 different sales guys or managers. Also they gave me a good price up front and worked with me better on my trade than any other dealership. As long as I am driving a GMC I will purchase from Rivard! I am even taking my wife here for our next purchase.

Long wait I went in fora check up, an oil change and possible tire rotation. Also, there was a problem with Intellilink. I was there for over four hours. I was told that the update to my software took an hour and a half. I was surprised about the long wait.
