Oil, tint and steering adjustment The Rivard team went above and beyond to make sure my needs were met. Every person I interacted with was helpful and courteous. When dropping off and picking my vehicle up, I was in and out in less than 10 minutes.
Exceptional services I went in for a routine oil change and I was met with a warm smile. Because I had recently bought my vehicle from rivard my first two oil changes are on the house. I was also impressed with the speed of the service. They were kind of busy but I was in and out within a hour.
Truck repair! Excellent Customer Service..Truck was compleded when promised! Truck was repaired properly Alll Rivard Employees were very attentive to detail in dealing with me! A very pleasant experience!.
AC not working Great Service. Used a third party extended warranty and thought it would be a hassle . Not true Carlos Vargas was great, he had them on the phone and everything went very smooth . AC compressor was replaced and work was completed in about 4 hours. Very Happy Customer!
Dash went completely out Turn signals went out.Air conditioner was not working all functions on dashboard were not working.Called for appt,told me to bring car right up after all test it was a bad battery,it was replaced.all working great Staff is very good.
Oil change and tire rotation I easily made an appointment the previous day and was able to get the time I wished. I arrived and was promptly and courteously serviced and service was complete in less than an hour! !
