AC inoperable AC repaired in less than 4 hours. Service rep and service manager were friendly and expeditious in resolving the problem. Highly recommend this service center.

2017 GMC Sierra Dealer services were performed to all expectations. Although I am a bit concerned at GM with the problems with the 8 speed transmission. It has been put in relearn 2 times and has not alleviated the problems with hard up shifts in 1st to second shift or the problem of when you stop at a stop sign or red light and the transmission remains in second gear. The Last Truck I’ll Ever Need I was in the market for a new vehicle due to the fact that a drunk driver had totaled mine. Car stall and Check engine light on My wife called to inform the Service Dept., she was bringing in our car in after 5pm on 6 Aug 2018. We were just going to leave the key in the drop box, but a Service tech was there so she (Mrs. Austin) processed us on the spot. After she was done, Mrs. Austin told us she'd call in the morning and let us know what was going on with our car.
