Awesome service department I drive out of my way to take my vehicles to Rivard Buick GMC. They go out of their way to make sure I am satisfied and that the job is done right.
dealership qualities I am very impressed with the quality of the service and the professionalism of the employees. Being a part time Florida resident, I have only purchased one car here but have always come here for service for my cars and am well satisfied with the dealership. I have recommended coming here to several friends we have in the Apollo Beach, Florida area.
Timing of service Would recommend that you be honest with customers on true or approx amount of hours they will be there. I had a 1000 appointment and at 1230 car was still not in the bay reason car had to cool before they could do repair They gave me a rental and I went home 1500 they called me and said my car was ready went to get my car and it was not ready had to wait 2 more hours I find that unexceptionable. Staff were nice only reason I did not lose it.
Trusted advisor Love cars, enjoy driving. As cars have become very complex engineering. I have had the hard lesson of paying for my cost saving methods. You can only find quality parts from an authorized GM Dealer. Those parts cost 2 to 3 times more. Lasting 4 to 5 times longer!
Service Experience The waiting room was small and crowded. Had tire replaced. Was disappointed that this dealership did not wash car. My old one washed your car no matter what service was performed.
