Great service Anyone can sell a car but it's the service department that keeps the customer coming back therefore because of the service dept my next vehicle will probably be another Buick.
First oil change This was my first service experience after buying my Buick. I'd purchased the vehicle from a dealership about an hour away from home. The staff there assured me that I could get service at a more convenient location. So when the readout for my Enclave reached "15% oillife remaining", I sought out Rivard. Excellent experience I purchased a new GMC Sierra from Rivard and Anthony Edwards. The level of service I received was exceptional. The buying process was hassle free and I enjoyed not having to deal with multiple people to get the deal done. From the test drive to finance paperwork Anthony was great. I will recommend Rivard and Anthony to anyone I know who is looking for a new vehicle.

Awesome Tom farnsworth was great. He listened carefully and exceeded my expectations of a salesperson. Helped us with comparing different models for price and efficiency for our specific needs. All of my previous experiences with this dealership service and office staff has been outstanding.
Ask for Francisco - no games. Francisco Toledo, my salesman, was terrific. He was open, honest and only suggested Financing once. When I declined and stated my reason it was never brought up again. Upgrades/options were offered and discussed. He knew every detail on the truck I purchased and I didn't have to sit while he went to discuss/argue/plead on my behalf with some invisible manager.
