Shift lever to transmission broken Service was excellent. The problem of the shift lever was identified and repaired. We have always been treated courteously and professionally from the staff we’ve worked with.
New car purchase Ben was awesome!! By far the easiest and most pleasant car buying experience we have ever had. Ben was able to get exactly the car we wanted from another dealership in Georgia - no hassle, no fuss, no surprises- just all over it and a very satisfied customer!!
Always a pleasure. The service advisors are always friendly and courteous. I've had my truck in for service there 4 times, and all have been a great experience. My only complaint, or advice, would be that the dealership does not run vehicles through the wash after being serviced. The Kia and Acura both did that customarily upon every service visit. And it was a nice treat. Other than that, a great experience.

Denali service Dan was awesome helping me with getting my Yukon Denali fixed. Transmission issue, that now runs great. Will be back if something else makes that little engine light come on. Thanks again to James Rivard for a great experience.
Easiest car buying experience ever I can’t say enough great things about Ben and Rivard dealership. There was zero pressure, no upselling, no being passed back and forth between the salesman and finance. It took more time to get my insurance company on the phone to add my new car than it did to do everything else. We will only buy from Rivard in the future and make sure you ask for Ben. Thank you again for making everything so easy and painless.
service oil change & ect. Dan was helpful and got me in and out quickly. very polite and said I was due for injector maint. I deceided to wait until my next visit.
