Great Customer Service! We just arrived to Florida as a result of a job relocation and our 2011 Yukon Denali started making some very interesting noises that caused a great deal of concern. No Car Dealer Games Rivard applied big discounts to the Sierra. This was the 4th dealer to set a value on my trade. Rivard was very aggressive on my trade and they won my business. I like the way this dealer has the salesman handle the closing, rather than pass buyers off to a business manager. The salesman, Steven Royall, was easy to deal with and very professional.
