SALES After visiting a few dealers in the area I was really impressed with the no pressure approach of Rivard. Very easy and simple with no games a great dealership!
Regular service visit Was able to set up service appointment from onstar reminder, service called to setup appointment for me, quick and easy, brought it in the next morning and was in and out with no problem.
service Was able to drop off my vehicle at 7 am and was called around 10 that my vehicle was ready for to be pick-up.

Service guys are simply the best Dan and Bob are in early. They are always helpful and friendly. In a world where customer service is so poor that many choose to shop online, these guys (and the other service team members) are top shelf. Needed another part. Worked on my GPS/XM Radio loss of signal problem, replaced the battery, however had to order another part. Would call when part arrived at Rivard.
