New lease I leased my previous Buick from Rivard. I inquired with other dealers and was quoted prices that were ridiculous. I called Rivard and told them what I needed and since I could not travel to the dealership, my car was delivered to me and my old lease picked up Great customer service.
Great Service on a Last Minute Call After waiting for my jobs parking services to come and give me a jump, I raced down I-75 in 5 o'clock traffic to make it to the dealership before they closed. I had called and advised them that my battery was dead and I desperately needed a replacement, as I would need another jump if I turned the car off. Above and Beyond Made first contact after business hours. Vehicle was delivered TO MY HOUSE -100 miles from dealership- on Friday evening. Outstanding. But no, I did not buy a Pontiac.
My experience at Rivard Buick GMC I have no complaints about your dealership. My Terrain is the fourth car that I have purchased there. I have always been treated extremely well. I appreciate the fact that when I arrive I am met by someone from the service department and almost always they know my name and what automobile I drive. Treat me with respect and never try to sell me something I don't want or need.

The best place to buy a vehicle period! This place is so awesome. I consider my salesman Ben Puglesi an friend not a salesman because everything is laid out with no games.
