I have been extremely impressed by the professionalism of all the many members of the staff that I have been in contact with during my installation process. I have had a wonderful experience with this company. I was notified about anything going on and always heads up if anyone was coming to my house. Also, I’ve been able to text the company(Laura specifically)-which is what suits me best is to text-for any questions, concerns, or updates and have always recieved communication back almost immediately without fail. While I have no problem whatsoever with the actual solar panels purchased, then installed, through SunnyMac, I have been somewhat less happy with the way they communicate with their customers. They were great. I can go on about other companies I went through that didn't work out for numerous reasons. Everyone at this company listened to my concerns,answered my questions thoroughly and didn't hide anything from me. Oh and the process was quick and easy.
