Accommodating for a day-of oil change I called and was able to get a day-of appointment for my oil change and tire rotation. They are usually quite busy, so I was hopeful. And was able to repair a nail hole in one of the tires. The waiting lounge is comfortable.
Oil change and scheduled maintenance check Was scheduled to see a Bob Scaggs but he was reassigned to another location. The person that stepped up to replace him was on point. She quickly processed my work order without missing a beat. She was very polite and knowledgeable as to what work was to be performed and addressing a concern I had. Normal service Need to call before going in to make sure you can get your service done. They are pretty accurate in letting you know there times.
