Great overall experience! This was my first visit to this dealership. I did some preliminary research prior to going regarding the vehicle I was looking at buying, so when I went in I had an idea how much the vehicle I was looking at would cost and had an idea of what my trade in was worth and what I was expecting them to offer me for my trade in. Outstanding Great Inventory. Clean facilities and grounds. professional and courteous staff. low pressure Sales environment. Always feel welcome when you walk in the door, either at sales or service. This is the second vehicle I purchased from this dealership, and I'm sure it won't be the last. They get four stars in price, not because of anything the dealership did. But because no matter what, you always feel like you could have gotten a better deal. I will not do business with another dealership.

Great easy purchase Came in for a specific car and drove out an hour later. Gave me good money for my trade and price on the new vehicle was in line if not lower than others. Salesperson was great. Would buy again from them. We did not go through their financing so can’t comment on that. You won’t regret buying from them.

Oil Change Rotate Dan always does a good job. This was a typical periodic servicing of my vehicle, so there really isn’t much else to report. Troy is always available if I need any additional help.

Engine problems The Buick dealership was very helpful with fixing my auto. They explained everything to me as they were repairing my car and very curtious and helpful in getting a rental.
Amazing service department First of all, full disclosure, I didn’t buy my GMC Yukon XL at the Rivard dealership. But, it’s much closer than where I purchased, so I always take it here for service. Carlos is my service advisor and he takes amazing care of me. I always bring a kid (or two or three) with me, and the whole service staff welcomes us and makes sure we are comfortable and on our way as quickly as possible.
